Abstract:
As the devotees of the “Temple of Learning” of the highest order in the country, you are destined to make a difference to your surroundings. The extent of the “circle of the surrounding” is going to be defined by you. Which in turn will define the outcome and impact. This is a world of rapid changes, VUCA. Hard to differentiate between trends vs fads. Change vs Spike. Substance vs Chaff. Essential vs good to have. Knowing the difference will help you tune your roadmap right. “When Rubber Hits the Road ..” is a well-known but minimally understood phrase. If you were to ask, ‘Give me a practical example”, 90% of people will seek eject button from the conversation. This session will focus on some of the stories from my journey in Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Life and Career. As the Rubber continues to be tested by the changing terrain.
