About the Speaker:
Kiran Bettadapur is practicing ADVOCATE and PATENT ATTORNEY. He invests in early-stage startups and is a qualified company secretary. He specializes in corporate matters, M & A, company valuation, patent litigation, property rights, and international trade law.
An industrial engineer by qualification, Kiran is an alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur and IISc Bangalore. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and bootstrapped many ventures. In his corporate career, Kiran headed operations for Birla’s based out of California and had served as the Head of Sales and Marketing of Banking, Insurance & Finance segments for HCL- Hewlett Packard in Mumbai.
Kiran enjoys teaching and delivers lectures regularly in schools and colleges. He is equally earnest about legal activism and constitutional reforms. His first book, “Gita and the Art of Selling”, was nominated for the “Crosswords Book of the Year” award
