This seminar presents as artificial intelligence increasingly shapes how we work, learn and make decisions, understanding its cognitive and psychological impact has become essential for leaders, organisations and institutions. This session explores how neuroplasticity, the brain s capacity to adapt and reorganise, interacts with AI-driven environments and influences attention, learning, decision-making and wellbeing. Drawing on insights from cognitive psychology and real-world applications, Dr. Rodríguez will examine how individuals and organisations can harness neuroplasticity to build cognitive resilience, sustain performance and lead effectively in an era of rapid technological change.
