Demand management of scarce resources and revenue management. Applied work focuses on water resource management including fair allocation mechanisms for shared water bodies, multidimensional performance assessment of the water sector using DEA-based index approaches, urban groundwater recharge estimation, and remote sensing applications for water and land resource mapping. Earlier work spans incentive mechanism design for managing customer buy-down behaviour in revenue management, and algorithmic approaches to linear Diophantine systems.
